Too much left to be desired - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Reviews

In my opinion this movie was the worst interpretation of any of the Harry Potter books. One major principle that follows all the books is that Dumbledore can strike fear in to your heart while not showing any signs of temper. So way is it that he practically attacks Harry after learning he is the forth champion. Dumbledore?s whole character came off as harsh in this film. This movie did not in my opinion follow the same feel as the others. It Also was quite perverted unlike the others. The whole thing where Moaning Mertal practically rapes Harry in the bathtub could have been left out. But others things should have been left in, like it shows Hermine getting mad at Ron at the Yule ball, and even mentioning that he ruined the whole night. But they must have cut out the part where he did anything at all. One minute they were fine, the next she?s freaking out. Also major characters were left out (Dolby, Percy, Ludo Bagman, Molly, Ron?s brothers, .... and many many more), and plots like SPEW, or the house elves all together. I feel that if I hadn?t read the book I would have been completely lost. I understand that they were making a movie out of a big book, but hay If Lord of the Rings can be long as hell, and still succeed so can Harry Potter. The Movie was only 2 ? hours, maybe if they had made it 3 hours, it would have been great. I aslo feel that we lost the conection to the charaters we once had. And to make a long story short (as the directors did) Barty Crouch Jr. did not die in the end (major plot change), so tell me now, how the ministry is going to be able to disbelieve Dumbledore and Harry in the fith movie. The whole point of the fith book is that there only witness was kissed by a dementor, and now dead. So Harry must fight to prove that Voldamort is back.
